Book a Conference Room at the Alliance

The Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance Conference Rooms are available to reserve for meetings or events. A credit card is required as a guarantee to book your meeting. The room fee is $30.00 as a non-member benefit. For members this fee is applied only when room guidelines are not followed. For payment we would require credit card.

  • *Room A (10 – 25 Persons)
    Mon-Fri, 5 – 9 pm
    Sat & Sun, 8:30 am – 9 pm
  • Room C (2 - 6 Persons)
    Mon-Fri, 8:30 am – 5 pm

Conference Room Guidelines & Booking Procedure
*Members-Reservations can be booked as far out as 60 days in advance.
Room A is available after regular hours and on the week-ends with key accessibility.
Room C is available to members during business hours Monday through Friday 8:30am to 500pm. 
              (not available on weekends). 

Non-Members – Reservation can be booked as far out as 30 days in advance
Room A is not available for non-members.
Room C is available to non-members during business hours Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.  The fee is $50.00 and is not refundable. Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card.
