Book a Conference Room at the Alliance
The Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance Conference Room is available to reserve for meetings or events. There is room rental deposit fee of $10 per meeting for members and $20 for non-members. As a member benefit, the $10 is refunded once the event is over and all is in good condition. The conference room is available during regular business hours and after hours with key accessibility as space permits. Please note that reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and reservations can only be made in three month increments for a recurring meeting in order to allow for other Alliance meeting, as well as opportunities for other groups.
