STEP ProgramSTEP TO THE FUTURE The Student Transitional Education (STEP) is an innovative program in which seniors at Jamestown High School (James City County) alternate a week at school with a week of work. Presently there are fifteen students and fourteen business involved in the program. The STEP program helps students learn how to interact in a professional environment and learn the necessary skills they will need to be successful in the future. The Alliance is an enthusiastic supporter of the STEP Program, as are several of its members:
