Small Business Spotlight

The Williamsburg Small Business Development Center (SBDC) offers business management counseling.  SBDC provides resources for businesses to tap into a variety of expertise including strategic and business planning, marketing, operation, accounting, etc. All Virginia SBDC professional counselors have extensive business experience and many have personal business ownership in their backgrounds.

What: NxLeveL Entrepreneurial Training Program

This intensive training program is designed for entrepreneurs who    want to
expand an existing business and need the skills to make it grow.

  • Marketing – “Behind the Scenes”: Analysis & Understanding

  • Managing your Money : Financial Planning, Budgets & Assumptions
  • Managing your Money: Developing and Using Cash Flow, Projections
  • Understanding and Using Your Financial Statements
  • Financing you Business: Alternative Sources of Money
  • The Deal Making Process: Negotiating in the Real World
  • Your Business Future: Managing Growth Plan Completion

Fee: $600 – (Scholarships are available for York County residents;

              Veterans $200)
