The College of William & Mary Business Classes

The Alliance proudly announces the schedule and curriculum for its new Business Transformation educational program, developed by the College of William & Mary’s Technology & Business Center and the Mason School of Business. Taught by Mason School of Business professors, this five-part series is composed of five one-half-day modules that cover the essentials of a business: Business Assessment, Strategy, Finance, Lean Processes and Operations, and Sales and Marketing.

The Modules and Class Dates are as follows:

Feb 5: M1 Business Self-Assessment Tools

Feb 12: M2 Strategic Business Planning

Feb 19: M# Essentials of Finance

Feb 26: M4 Essentials of the Sales and Marketing Processes

Mar 5: M5 Lean Processes and Operations

Mar 12: Review Session for Processes and Operations and entire course

The cost for this five part series is $280 for Alliance members and $500 for non-members.

Participation is limited to just 25 people per module, and will be given on a first-come, first-serve pre-paid registration basis so please get your reservation in ASAP. The last series was completely sold out!
