I hereby grant to the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance (Licensee) and Williamsburg Area Destination Marketing Committee (Licensee), its assignees and successors the non-exclusive rights to use the image provided on this form. The Licensor warrants its ownership of the copyright to the image and its right to license the image. Any fees or penalties arising out of the unauthorized use of assets will be the sole responsibility of the Licensor. Should the Licensor need to make changes to an image(s), a new form must be completed and submitted to the Alliance. It is the Licensor’s responsibility to notify the Alliance if any ownership rights have changed or expired. Any penalties resulting in failure to notify the Alliance of said changes will be the sole responsibility of the Licensor.
