Hosting Form

The Communications department of the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance offers a Travel Media Hosting Program for qualified travel media writing about the Historic Triangle. Staff travel writers and editors, freelance travel writers on assignment and members of travel-related TV and radio programs, nationally and internationally, are eligible to participate.

The department can assist with accommodations, suggested itineraries, passes to attractions and more. Please note that all arrangements are provided through the discretion of Alliance member businesses, and are subject to the availability and interest of each facility. Black-out periods may be experienced during the year, which may necessitate a press rate, especially for hotel accommodations.

Please allow 4-6 weeks advance notice for media hosting and itinerary assistance.
