The Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance offers additional benefits on Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield health plans.
If you are a member of the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance and you have between 2 and 99 employees – your business is eligible to receive additional “value-added” benefits from Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield for your employees and their families.
What does it cost? Nothing! You do not have to pay any additional premiums for these value-added benefits. Once you sign up for Anthem health insurance (at the determined premium level) - and indicate you are a member of the Chamber these special value-added benefits will be included in your plan at no additional premium cost.
What do you get? Special money saving benefits!
If your group offers Anthem’s KeyCare, BlueCare or KeyCare HSA, members get Preventive Care and Routine Wellness paid in full. This includes an annual check-up for members 7 and older, an annual gynecological exam and pap test, an annual mammogram for members age 35 and over, an annual colorectal cancer screening, and an annual prostate exam and prostate specific antigen (PSA) test for men 40 and over. Members pay no copayment, no deductible and no coinsurance. This one benefit may save you and your employees hundreds of dollars per year. Each member also receives a special hearing discount program.
Additionally, for those groups with Anthem’s KeyCare and BlueCare, each covered member receives supplemental accident coverage providing 100% payment of the first $750 of allowable charges. (Note: KeyCare HSA does not have this benefit.)
