Prepare-Care-ShareSM was developed in partnership with a customer service-training consultant and customized to meet the specific needs of the Williamsburg area. A great marketing effort can get people to visit once, but it's the experience and service that brings them back. Our 4-hour high-energy classroom training offers customer service best practices with a new approach on handling those “awkward” situations in our daily interactions with consumers.
Prepare-Care-ShareSM is also where you and your staff can get exciting updates on what is new in our region for 2017 including information about our attractions, new microbreweries, and exciting events for this year and beyond.
And don’t forget, once you complete the classroom portion of the program, we offer a free all day tour of the attractions so everyone can get a chance to see what our guests see. Lunch is provided at no cost to your staff, but a refundable security deposit of $15.00 is required to reserve your space on the tour. This covers the cost of the pre-ordered lunch should you or your staff have to cancel on the day of the tour. The deposit is refunded back to your company once you have completed the tour.
